It is the subject of works carried out by the Protection Cathodique Revêtement Associés (PCRA) committee of the Centre Français de l’Anticorrosion (CEFRACOR). The purpose of CEFRACOR is to gather organizations and people concerned by the behaviour of materials in their environment.

CEFRACOR, through its “Comité Français de la Protection Cathodique” (CFPC), is in charge of the certification of people working in this field of activity and issues certificates of competence under the registered label “CEFRACOR CERTIFICATION / Protection Cathodique”.

The “CEFRACOR CERTIFICATION / Cathodic Protection” certifications are issued since 2000 and in application of the NF EN ISO/CEI 17024 and NF EN ISO 15257 standards since 2018.
